- Open trip is available only on weekends and national holidays.

- 07:30 – 08:00: Participants gather at the meeting point (GWD/Bangsring)
- 08:00 – 08:30: Trip briefing and preparation
- 08:30 – 09:00: Boat transfer to Menjangan Island
- 09:00 – 10:00: Photo session at Menjangan Island
- 10:00 – 11:00: Snorkeling at Menjangan Island
- 11:00 – 12:00: Lunch at Menjangan Island
- 12:00 – 13:00: Transfer to Tabuhan Island
- 13:00 – 15:00: Snorkeling and photo session at Tabuhan Island
- 15:00 – 16:00: Return to meeting point
- End: Trip completed

Booking Policy
- A down payment is required as stated in the booking confirmation.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer.
- Down payment must be completed no later than one day before the trip (H-1).
Reschedule Policy
- Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 3 days before departure.
- Rescheduling is allowed only once.
Cancellation Policy
By Guest
- Cancellation before departure: 50% of the down payment will be deducted as an administrative fee.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: down payment is non-refundable.

If the trip is canceled due to force majeure, the down payment will be refunded with a 30% administrative deduction.
Terms and Conditions
- Prices are valid for Indonesian citizens.
- A 20% surcharge applies during peak seasons (Eid al-Fitr, Christmas, and New Year, including 7 days before and after).
- Groups of more than 10 participants may request special pricing.
- Solo travelers can join the open trip package.
- Itinerary may change depending on weather and field conditions.
- Special requests can be submitted to the team during the trip.
- Full payment or 30% deposit is required, with the remaining balance paid before or on the first day of the trip.
- Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the guest.
- Participants must be between 1 and 65 years old and in good health.
- Participants are considered to have agreed to all terms and conditions upon booking.
